C.A.R. Shop Valet Facility
Since we are an ICBC c.a.r. shop VALET facility, drivers who have had an automobile accident may not have to go to ICBC first to get an estimate. Drivers need only to phone ICBC and the insurer will re-direct the driver to an express shop (such as CB’s AutoTech). As a c.a.r. shop VALET facility, we must adhere to the strict guidelines set out by ICBC.
These guidelines include:
• Guaranteeing repairs for the vehicle lifetime
• Providing alternate transportation during repairs
• On-site estimating
• Maintaining a friendly, clean working environment
Insurance DRF Program
As a Direct Repair Facility with Family Insurance we must provide quality, courteous service to our mutual customers. We have been authorized to appraise the damages on your vehicle and are able to initiate repairs almost immediately. If you have purchased Loss of Use coverage we will arrange a rental for you, if you have no rental coverage let us know and we will make sure we schedule you for when a replacement vehicle is available for you. Along with Family Insurance we will offer you a limited lifetime guarantee, to cover any defective workmanship and/or replaced parts of your vehicle, for as long as you own your vehicle.
