• Provide you with alternate transportation while your vehicle is being repaired
• On-sight estimating of your vehicle damage, so you don't have to try and fit the scheduled time of your ICBC estimate appointment into your busy schedule
• Maintain a friendly, clean working enviroment for you to relax while you wait for your estimates or vehicle pick-up or drop-off

Family Insurance DRF Program

As a "D"irect "R"epair "F"acility with Family Insurance we must provide quality, courteous service to our mutual customers.

We have been authorized to appraise the damages on your vehicle and are able to initiate repairs almost immediately. If you have purchased Loss of Use coverage we will arrange for a rental for you, if you have no rental coverage let us know and we will make sure we schedule you for when a replacement vehicle is available for you.

Along with Family Insurance we will offer you a limited lifetime guarantee, to cover any defective wormanship and/or replaced parts of your vehicle, for as long as you own your vehicle.
